These bags are in high demand and all current preorders are scheduled to ship out to customers in the first half of October 2024. It is possible they might arrive to our warehouse and ship out sooner. If that is the case you will receive an email with an update.

Yes! Mexistuff was created and is still ran and operated by Efrain Tinoco. Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico - Efrain migrated to the United States with his family when he was just a kid.
Taking after his dad's entrepreneur spirit, Efrain has successfully started and grown several businesses in the USA.
Mexistuff was born out of his love and pride for his Mexican heritage.
The Concha PANtuflas were 100% invented and brought to life by him and have been awarded a USA design patent.
He is constantly thinking of new creative products that represent the rich Mexican culture.

We are currently 100% based online and do not have any physical locations. However, this is something we are considering for the future.

Shipping can vary depending on the final destination.
However, when and order is placed, we take 1-2 business days to process it. This is to ensure that the customer does not have any changes to make with regards to address or the contents of their order.
After the processing time we then ship the order via USPS or DHL. The shipping time can take anywhere form 2-4 business day days depending on destination, season, and other external factors.
A tracking number is immediately provided to customers via email.

Our products are made in various locations around the world. These include: Mexico, Guatemala, USA and China.
We would like for all of our products to made in Latin American and the USA and this is something we are currently working towards.
Coupons codes cannot be combined or stacked on top of other codes and promotions.
For example, this means you cannot combine a 15% off code with a buy one get one free code or something similar.
Our website only allows one promotional discount to be added at a time.
Sometimes we have automatic promotions which don't require a coupon code to be added. Other codes CANNOT be combined with these either.
The option to input your discount code will appear during the checkout process. If you're using a mobile device you will see a click down option which reads "Show order summary" simply click that and you will then see the box to place your discount code in.

It is possible that orders which contain multiple items might arrive at different times. This is due to logistics outside of our control.

If your order includes a mixture of our popular items and other products then you might receive two or more separate shipments. Do not be alarmed as you will certainly receive your products.
