I used this bag once. I only had my 14 inch laptop, plug,wallet.
The left strap separated at the top. For the price of this bag, it is poorly made. I will not order anything else from this company. I wanted the wallet but not anymore.
We’re truly sorry this happened. Unfortunately, a small number of bags were defective, and we’ve sent replacement bags to other customers who experienced similar issues. Since then, we haven’t received reports of the same problem with the replacements. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you as well.
