The product I received looks like it had literally been run over by a truck. The plastic was shattered and the actual tumbler is crushed. It's unusable and it most likely was damaged in transit and I didn't want to blame the shop but it was not packaged with any kind of protection either. I tried to reach out to support TWICE and did not get a response. I emailed, provided description, order number, and photos and didn't even get an acknowledgement. I waited a full business week because I thought it was a small business. Followed up. Still no response. Oh and I was charged for order and shipping protection, by the way
